Dear ChattingCat customers,
Again, we are very sorry to have to close ChattingCat. If you have not read our last email, please read it first. We copied it at the end of this email.
As we announced yesterday, this email includes information about our refund policy for your remaining Catnips. Some of you might be angry or feel that this situation is unfair because you are not eligible for a refund, or you are not going to get a refund for all your remaining Catnips. However, as ChattingCat is filing for bankruptcy, we tried hard to make the refund policy as fair as possible for most people.
– Refund Request Period: Up until May 10th, 2017 at 23:59:59 Eastern Time (ET)
– Customer Eligibility: Only those with payments between January 21st, 2017 to April 20th, 2017 ET
– Refund Amount: After receiving refund requests, we will let you know how much money you will receive and when it will be sent by May 15th, 23:59:59 ET
– Catnip Refund Request Form: https://goo.gl/jdKZF9For those who purchased Catnips before January 21st, 23:59:59 ET, please use all of your Catnips before our service closure on May 14th, 23:59:59 ET.
We would also like to let you know that we are preparing a link where you can download all your original correction requests, as well as the corrected versions. We will email you when the link is ready.
